At WorldStrides, we have dedicated Representatives
who work directly with each family to assist with registration,
review payment options and answer questions concerning their student’s
trip. Our toll-free customer service number is 1-800-468-5899. WorldStrides
also offers online
registration.
Program Leaders are assigned a personal
Account Manager and Financial Services Representative to support
them in every way. From the welcome packet to the post-trip debrief,
WorldStrides Account Managers help make the WorldStrides program
the best it can be. Our Financial Services Representative works
directly with each Program Leader to handle all accounting and invoicing
services and to assist in fundraising.
